            I spoke with a representative at Certified Watch Store on 10/27/21 about a warranty repair on a watch I had purchased from them. They provided instructions for sending the watch to their repair department and RMA #***** for tracking. I sent the watch insured by *** and received confirmation of delivery on 11/4/21. Since then, I have sent 3 follow up emails and left 2 voicemail messages, but have received no acknowledgment. I cannot reach a live person. Today I noticed that their website is no longer accessible. Im concerned that they received my watch and have no intention to repair or return it. The watch has a retail value of approximately $3000.

            Certified sells a lot of Kate Spade items on *******.com. They are not an authorized retailer therefore you do not have any warranty and Certified **** Store won't do anything. Why does Kate Spade do this because they cannot verify where the product was sourced.

            We purchase items in bulk from authorized dealers needing to sell off items to make room for new/current stock/models. We are not paying the normal rate so we do not have to charge the full retail amount like authorized dealers do. The one negative is that we do not offer any kind of warranty on such items.

            If you don't offer any kind of warranty you should disclose that information. It's very devious to withhold warranty information when it's different than what the manufacture states. Just shows how untrustworthy your company is.
