I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!! Renata and Tamara are both amazing ladies! Even though I'm sure they have to deal with so many different people every day, they take the time to talk to you and help you get into a positive headspace. I scheduled my insurance licensing exam the first time and I thought I had scheduled it for 2p and found out it was 1:30p, I'm a little over an hour away, so I called on my way there to let them know I would be late. They assured me that was fine and asked me to drive safely on my way and not to rush, which was very sweet. Unfortunately I didn't end up passing - no big surprise as I was very under-prepared and was honestly just winging it. So I scheduled the test for a second time and I was so nervous the because I actually put time and effort into studying and I didn't want it to be for naught. I ended up arriving almost an hour early due to the nerves and not wanting to have a repeat of the first time. I got there and asked if it was possible for me to start the exam early and they got me checked in and ready to go with no issues. They could see I was anxious so they talked to me to calm me down and were just so supportive, Renata even gave me a hug before getting me all set up. Honestly, it was the best kind of atmosphere to take an test or exam of any sort, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you Lagniappe!
