              I have a contract with Moore construction to replace the siding on the house which they had completed and the job was completed to my satisfaction. The crew told me my excess material would be picked up that later that afternoon or on Monday . It was left in my yard. I've ended up moving it myself to the driveway, as not to let the grass die. It is now 4 weeks later and the excess material is still in my drive way. My Contract states #2 *********** has the right to order excess materials. These materials will not be charged and are owned by the Moore Construction Co.

              I have NEVER had someone be so rude when trying to make a bid for your business. I set an appointment for our CEO to meet with him. He called to confirm, then called back to try to come early, I explained that there was no availability earlier so he agreed to keep the originally scheduled time. He arrived and from the moment I began interacting he had an attitude. I tried to make a joke of it, thinking he was just being sarcastic. But then our HR Assistant came out to give him a temporary security badge and he was very rude to her. All of this done in the presence of two service technicians from our AC company. He walked out and told me/us that the CEO could find him outside. Granted an impromptu meeting had tied the CEO up when he was supposed to be meeting with Moore but I didn't have the opportunity to explain that since he walked out and I was definitely NOT going to try and track him down since I am mobility challenged. JUST ABSOLUTELY INEXCUSABLE.
