I cant even begin to tell you how impressed my family is with the quality workmanship, professionalism, communication and prompt service that Roofing ******************************* provided for us last month when we were in need of a new roof/venting due to hail and wind damage. ** is the absolute BEST and he will be the first we call from here on out!! We had a lot going on during this time so to say the least, we are extremely thankful and impressed by the seamless process that ** took care of while also guiding us through it all. All around, we had exceptional service because of him. His communication skills with each & every entity involved was impressive as well. We now have the best roof on the block!!The crew was also outstanding! They knew their assignment from start to finish while making sure to pick everything up and leave our property clear of nails and debris. Everything was done with perfection. Very impressed. There arent enough positive adjectives to describe TJ. To name a few, he is beyond knowledgeable, patient, open, honest, prompt, personable, informative, dependable, trustworthy, caring and most of all, he listens then takes the time to give you full answers and great advice, which actually fed me with much knowledge throughout the process. He was SO easy to communicate with, which is hard to find. I have 3 kiddos under 5 so it was nice that he could reply to my questions via text instead of having to talk on the phone with screaming kids in the background. Getting a new roof sounds like an exhausting process but all in all, it was absolutely seamless and probably even the easiest thing that weve had done in regards to our home all because TJ was there every step of the way. He does it ALL and goes above and beyond what is expected of him.
