            My dog obtained a ************** injury during her groom. The owner was RUDE, and took zero accountability for the apparent neglectful actions of her staff while my dog was in their care. She even had the audacity to blame me for the injury to my dog and proceeded to hang up on me!!!! I would NEVER go back to this place! And I would definitely not recommend anyone taking their beloved babies there either!!!

            I'm sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately I don't believe tootsie got hurt in our care. We would had told you had we saw anything wrong with her . She was fine when she was handed to your father. We aren't blaming anyone but we feel strongly didn't happen here. I refunded your grooming charge but I didn't refund the vet bill because after speaking with the vet he informed me that he couldn't say where the injury came from and definitely didn't tell you that she sustained the injury while in our care. If you can please send me the proof showing it was my business and staff that injured tootsie. We will miss tootsie and wish you the best of luck in the future.
