Positive: Fantastic replacement windows and in my opinion, absolutely the best window installation crew in *****************!!!What an awesome job!!! We are incredibly happy with the result.******* Home Improvement, of ********** completed installation of windows at our home in ************. We got a great price from them for 11 windows and a sliding glass patio door. The Provia Endure range is affordable, secure and Energy Star rated, they have a lifetime warranty, and they look fabulous. Did I mention how happy we are? Truly delighted! These windows turned out so nice! The four-man installation crew, led by ****, worked carefully and professionally both inside and outside our home. They were diligent about protecting our floors and interior. Even in extreme temperatures, 18 F, they continued to work inside and out. Always courteous when talking with us and communicated well with each other while on site. It was such a pleasure to witness a professional crew at work, talented carpentry, and skilled workmanship. The job was completed in two and a half days.The small piece of interior trim that was missing from one window has been ordered from Provia and it will be brought to our house next week. I will definitely be giving this crew a Christmas gift when they come by the house to install that piece.From the moment we reached out to ******* Home Improvement book our estimate with *****, through to the end of the job, we were pleased with the professionalism, the price, thoroughness, the non-pushy sales technique and most of all the prompt completion of the work. Just finished with our total remodel of bathroom and couldnt be HAPPIER! We had to wait in line a bit but it was soooo worth it. *****, *****, **** and the wet crew installers for walkin shower they all did FANTASTIC! And I REALLY appreciate *** and the shower doors I received! Thank you so much..checks in the mail!!

The crew worked like a team. Very professional, organized great people from the start of estimate of work to the end of the job. Very meticulous to details and precise with their measurements. Unbelievably awesome people. They even left the place clean. Thank you. Highly highly recommend them to anyone who needs windows/doors changed or needs external home improvement. You wont be sorry.

Replaced windows for the entire house. ***** crew was phenomenal. It was an estimated day-and-a-half job due to trim work being added inside. Job was completed in a day. There was even a thunderstorm that blew in earlier than expected, and this team did not take any shortcuts. Had only one concern with some internal trimming but they were able to ease this concern by going above and beyond, and taking some extra time to make sure it was done right and to my liking. Would definitely recommend Jacksons Home Improvement and ***** crew to anyone. Great work!

We have hired Jacksons Home Improvement to reside our home and install a glass wall and double sliding doors. Their crews where always on time and they completed the project on time. I have called them to do more work on our home this spring.

In the beginning of the process my wife and I met ***********************, the salesman, and we were impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and he treated us with respect. Through the initial measure and picking out our choice in window he kept us informed and made sure to get it in our budget, which was important. Next came the actual measure when *** came out and did the measure himself. It took many weeks for the windows to come in from the manufacturer and they made arrangements to come install. The crew showed up and I was impressed by them as well. They were very courteous and professional and did a great job. I do facility maintenance for a ****** sq. ft. health facility and I know quality work as I do it daily so I'm glad we chose ********* Home Improvement and will keep them in mind for any future projects and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing home improvements.
