Avoid this company at all cost. Owner David ***** is out of his league and does not need to be in business. His communication skills, ability to manage his work force, and attention to detail are the worst I have ever seen. Every step in the process was not a quoted or discussed during the estimate. Quoted a one day job that took over 45 days to complete. Did not complete the job as estimated despite taking full payment. Took threatening legal action to get the job even partially complete.

Owner is not well organized, lied on multiple occasions, was blocking phone calls, was late when he did show up, was a no show over 15 different times after assuring he would come out and "make things right".

To the owners own admission took unnecessary risks in completing the job. Quoted they would top the tree and safely remove. On the day of execution dropped the entire 80 -90 foot tree, doing damage to the local area landscape, sidewalk and put house at risk.

For a one day job left a dumpster and pile of trash in the road for weeks until city complained and owner had to load dumpster and call company to remove.

Crew other than the Boss was polite, but not well run, left trash everywhere, didn't finish the jobs of grinding stumps, and filling trees. Did damage to screened in porch the owner refuses to even talk about. When dealing with the owner would constantly screen calls, hang up on the customer, or flat out lie.

This company is not on the BBB and there is a reason why. Avoid them. Got to the point where the owner of the company refused to talk to the customer.
