    I was referred here, my first call greeted by Tanya who was very pleasant. Bruce, the owner came out to do the measurements & told my wife he could have the carpet "in a couple days." After 3 days I called & spoke with Tanya who told me it was in production & would be a couple weeks before it was ready. 1st lie by Bruce. When the day came my wife called again to check on the carpet only to be ignored & not called back. I received an email the next day telling me the carpet was in. I called & spoke with Bruce to arrange installation. He said it would take 2 days & the very small tile job would be done first to allow it to set overnight. Install day comes & Bruce assured us the "install team" would be their at "8:30 sharp" 2nd lie by Bruce. At 9:15 when they weren't there I called and spoke with Tanya who said that they were on the way and "Bruce sometimes has a communication problem." When the installer arrived it was him & his teenage daughter who were supposed to carpet an entire house including moving furniture. It was not a team as Bruce had mentioned. 3rd lie by Bruce. They came in & got to work on carpet, ignoring the tile job & said they were doing the tile the next day. 4th lie by Bruce. After a couple hours working they left to take a break & left my carpet & supplies laying on a public sidewalk in front of someone else's home. My wife had to go move it. She took pictures which I sent to Bruce & he made excuses about it but assured me he would handle it. When I arrived that night, no tile was done, I called, and Bruce said he had been assured it was done but would handle it personally the next day since it wasn't & they would be there at "8:00 sharp." 8:45 the next day the installer, his daughter & spouse arrive to work. Upon working on the tile and starting the rest of the carpet it is determined that Bruce did not order enough carpet. He missed the entire hallway and part of a living room with his calculations. Which means a 3rd trip out, and more time lost from my job to get this done. The day of the 3rd trip, I take off work early to meet the installer, Bruce said would be there at "3:00" at 3:45 they were not there and I started calling the office number, not getting an answer, I call Bruce's number and do not get an answer this goes on until 3:55 when Tony finally answers at the shop and says Bruce is out of town and the shop closed early that day. I explained my situation to Tony ( very helpful!) who said he would make some calls and call me back. Within 5 minutes the installer and Tony were both calling me and the installer telling me he was helping his mother with car trouble. And he was on his way. Once he arrived he told me he just found out about my job that day, even though Bruce said he scheduled it 4 days prior, apparently he never told anyone else about it. The installer also tells me I need to look over everything good to make sure I was okay with it. After looking at what he brought it is clear the pads are different and not what I paid for. They are not even the same height when lined up next to each other. I was so frustrated with this process I told him just to finish so I could be done with this horrible company. I paid $4000 to a company that repeatedly lied to me and mismanaged my order and the schedule. I asked Bruce for a resolution and he offered me $100 for my trouble. I told him to do what he thought was fair but my reviews would be reflective of my experience. The experience was horrible and I caution anyone reading this to spend their money elsewhere. Bruce repeatedly told me things that were untrue and sent different materials to my home to save on expenses after he was the one who measured incorrectly originally. Overall it was a horrible experience because of the ineptness of one person. He would not even acknowledge his mistakes during our conversation instead saying it was an unfortunate series of events.
