While we respect your perspective on these matters, we do want to clarify that our team works hard to maintain the property and provide residents with responsive communication. We consistently prioritize cleanliness and property maintenance, and we follow standard procedures when addressing lease termination fees and charges. That being said, we understand that individual experiences can vary and are sorry that your concerns were not resolved to your satisfaction.
