1 starWho owns SilverRock??? Because theyre just getting $! Thats it! Ive only had my car 2-3 months, and they wont even cover my door thats not opening from either side. Thats not my fault! Nor did the dealership say there was a defect with the vehicles door! It has to be electrical related, and the warranty only covers whats under the hood. That makes no sense! Ive already had to go off about the freaking power steering pump that they WOULD not cover! Thats under the hood, right? This place is a sham!Review fromJesse D

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only does their in network ****, they ALLL* will hold your vehicle for money. My car was first at platinum auto where my battery cover is missing and now no one could find it nor was it left in my vehicle. When I called silver rock they said it was not their responsibility that the shop could not find it. So Im just riding around with out a battery cover. Highly upset.SilverRock

I had a small issue with a car that I purchased. The damage was minor and not disclosed during the purchase. I reported the damage right after it was delivered.. I honestly can't believe they would have denied my claim. My car showed up different than what the photos showed. I highly recommend everyone to avoid Silver RockSilverRock

These guys denied a warranty claim that was clearly happening from the moment after we purchased a problematic car from *******. We had an inspection by a specialist shop done 3 days after taking delivery because the car smelled so badly of coolant. The coolant light on the car came on a week outside of the warranty period and way under the mileage. The thermostat was leaking coolant into the engine oil. We would never buy a car from ******* or use SilverRock as a warranty company ever again.SilverRock

This was a covered item that you guys denied to pay, even with evidence that it was happening since the day I purchased the car from *******. You denied me several times even with documentation of proof of the mechanical failure. Unscrupulous company. Do not recommend.Review fromTia R

My experience with ******* was definitely mixed. Overall the selection and application process was fairly easy. After that... it was downhill from there. It started with picking the car up from the local ******* dealership. They told me I couldn't pick up my car until 7PM because they needed to detail the car. After sitting in the car for less than 60 seconds I immediately noticed the filth. Literally finger nail files, juice stains on the seats, cigarette ashes, the previous owner's medical records, and dirt could be found in the front and the back seats. They clearly didn't even bother picking up the trash or doing a light wipe down. The next day, I wanted to have full sunlight so I could perform a visual inspection of the outside. I noticed several major scratches on the lower fender that were definitely not called out in Carvana's "Conditions" photos or descriptions. I followed their process and filed a claim with SilverRock (their warranty partner). And that's when the foolishness really began. SilverRock is definitely a sketchy company. They denied my claim based off of a flagrant lie which was the "scrap is minor in nature and was disclosed throughout the car buying process." After I provided proof that the damage never disclosed because it was actually documented as being fixed... They then changed course and denied my appeal based on "We have reviewed the issue and determined that it fell within the standards of wear and tear that can come with the purchase of a used vehicle."I would have more than likely purchased the car anyway had Carvana been upfront, but the unnecessary lies and bad dealings of their preferred warranty partner has left a terrible taste in my mouth. If you don't need to... DO NOT BUY A CAR SIGHT UNSEEN. I have excellent credit and income, this is not the right kind of company for those with options. Proceed with caution.SilverRock

Can you leave zero or negative stars? These crooks play mind numbing games and the process is replete with delay tactics. They act in very bad faith and dishonor the commitment and warranty. They also lie to both me the buyer and their own chosen repair vendor to get out of a claim. The value of their service is less than zero and they waste the consumer's time for nothing and must be taken to court to compel them to honor their well documented obligations. They also play independent of the seller and play us off one another. If you ever see Silver Rock as a warranty run far away from the dealSilverRock

If I could give them 0 stars I would. By far the worst warranty company one could ever use. I purchased a car through *******. They gave me 7 days for up to 3 cosmetic issues to be fixed. The driver that dropped off my vehicle ripped the front bumper off damaging the front splitter causing over 1500$ in damages. I have video and picture evidence with notes from the driver that she damaged it. They denied the claim stating this is acceptable for wear and tear. The passenger side door is spray painted clearly with damages. Denied the claim stating the same thing. Wear and tear for spray paint on a door? Mind you the car is a Shelby ****** Denied all of the claims stating normal wear and tear. No explanation as to why none of this was stated in the sales ad just a sorry goodluck. Do NOT use this sorry excuse for a company. Should be banned!SilverRock

Silver rock is by far the worse warranty company. The representatives always stating different information. They take their time to process work. I had to call them literally everyday to see the status of my car. I got my car from ******* which I will never buy again. Only had it for two years and kept the maintenance up which I provided to silver rock. I should have had issues with my engine that fast . Yes they fixed it because it was u der warranty . They had my car from 3/15-4/3. I had to catch **** back and forth to work and home all those times. They dont provide rental or anything to they are finish. Then I had to submit proof of my receipts. Then they send me a email saying they only can pay 360.00 out of 974.00 that I paid . If anyone knows **** the price is never the same. I was paying between 70 to 80 a day. Im glad I got my car back but they are the worse company. They need to revamp their representatives meaning train better and their polices . I hope I dont ever have to deal with themSilverRock

This is the worst experience I have had with a company. I purchased a car from ******* in Oct 2023 and shortly after driving my car it began to overheat. I was direct from ******* to file a claim through SilverRock to fix this issue. My car was diagnosed by ******** and they originally found the part needed to be replaced with the dealership. After seeking approval for the purchase and repair of this part on my vehicle when the repair shop said that part was no longer available at the dealership and they were having trouble finding the part. SilverRock took it upon themselves to produce a similar part to the repair shop. Fast-forward to a month ago and my car overheats again! The dealership has now notified me that the same part needs to be replaced. They ask me to produce the receipt because this part should contain a 2-year warranty. Because SilverRock used their own part and they only provide a 12-month or ****** mile warranty on their parts now I am **** repairing my vehicle out of pocket. They provided no assistance on fixing this matter either. This should be illegal!SilverRock

The worst!!!! My car wouldnt start and I called them. I was told to have it diagnosed and they sent me their list of people to call. I called wrench and got the diagnosis and never received a call from silver rock. I called twice only to be told that I need to get my car to a facility that could do another diagnostic and possibly do the repairs. I already paid for 1 tow and $150 diagnostic that they referred. Now I have to pay for another row and they are saying IF claim is approved I will be reimbursed. This is beyond ridiculousSilverRock
