The BBB Better Business ToolboxSM is only available to BBB Accredited Businesses. Please note that a loss of accreditation will result in the immediate loss of access to your account on BBB Better Business Toolbox. This includes all tools and data you have activated and stored on the BBB Better Business Toolbox.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE BBB TOOLBOX?
You would have received an email upon the launch of the BBB Toolbox, or during your accreditation providing you with instructions and your username and temporary password. You can either log into the BBB Toolbox by clicking the BBB Toolbox icon in your BBB portal, or using your provided username and password at https://toolbox.bbb.org. If you do not remember your password you can use the forgot password feature, or contact support at support@tech-toolbox.net for assistance.
