            I am writing to report an incident that occurred at the Yogurtland in Irvine Spectrum, CA279.My son and I entered the store at 3:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon. As we waited in line near the register to add toppings to our yogurt, an employee named ***** was cleaning the topping bar with a brush. Unfortunately, he was not careful and ended up throwing dropped toppings on us with his cleaning brush.Despite my attempts to alert him to what he was doing, he continued with his actions. I finally had to throw the toppings back at him to get his attention. This seemed to anger him, and he started using inappropriate language towards us. He then knocked the yogurt cup out of my hand, spilling it on my 11-year-old autistic son. He even took off his apron and seemed ready to fight.I have recorded the entire incident on my phone and am reaching out to management to address this issue promptly I request that management contact me as soon as possible to discuss this matter.

            Yogurtland is going downhill. Their quality is getting worse with time, and the staff is terrible, too. Their arrogant staff members cannot take criticism politely. They would rather think that you are a horrible customer. I just highlighted that the ice cream wasn't creamy, and the staff member became awfully disrespectful and asked me to go somewhere else. How rude is that?
