As we decided to move forward, our Loan Officer stayed actively engaged with us, updating us on and facilitating the process - which could not have gone and concluded anymore smoothly. Our new loan closed in just over a month; we now have real peace of mind, knowing our future lifetime and our legacy plan for our family are both secure; we would highly recommend ******* and American Senior to other retired couples who have solid equity in their homes that want to improve their cash flow and enjoy their golden years while concurrently availing themselves of a line of credit in balance with a reasonable estate for their heirs.

This company is 100% there for you when you need them. Our representative, *******, did all he could to make the experience as smooth and easy as he possibly could. Plus, he was a genuinely nice person, always had time to help and answer questions. I am definitely impressed, would recommend him and the company to anyone I know. The other people involved in our loan were so great too, helpful and personable no matter what was thrown at them.
