      Update had a new unit installed on 8-25-22 Got the best warranty available and now it needs a compressor and they said I need to pay $695. Labor. Wow i literally paid ******** cash for my unit

      They took me for 13k then water leaks for along time chasing them down the replace fan blade falls off first 5 minutes wait for them to come back and fix now ac stopped working they come over it worked for about an hour then stops now have to wait until late tonight or tomorrow to fixed buy the same person who could not fix it before avoid this company at all cost total scam and ripoff place they don't care about customers

      If there were negative stars below zero .. I would have given this company the fifth star below zero, **** wrote my point of view here.! Any way I want to tell every citizen and resident in *******- that *** contacted this company on 15 this July they asked me cost to replace the ************ for $2,900, then I called ******************** charges me $750 total cost. This company they not allowed to explain all bad story because limited the space here. Then I want to add I told the **** of costumers services on the phone, that my home AC already diagnosed by another company, The problem is ************, there for I don't mind to pay she asked me ($79,99) only in case when your worker they done from fixing the *** But this company start thlo threat me if U don't pay they will charge me late fees. And the worker when he came, he didn't open right cover of divce and he looked up from narrows space and he re back 4- 5 screws and came down from the Roof in less than (5 min) and now sent letter asking must pay digoness fees $79,00..!! Who can tell us - What kind of logic this? Is it this legal way to take money from people ..?? Especially you already paid to other company and dignoses fees and same result will be ready to tell you from every and each company dignoses same divce.!!Then Always the compaies using same excuses to charge this kind of false fees ?!! So did this is a reason the companies not giving the customers statement of dignoses .. Really This action might stop by governer responsible oficeses, because it's burdening the citizen more than he can bear..??And is this action not more than like and worse than the amount of fees that the ***** of America) imposed on its customers for each transcstion services, for which the *****) was held accountable by (the American judiciary)- with financial inpenalties against it a short while ago. .!!

      If i could give them 0 stars I would. George Brazil managed to talk my elderly father into an over $9000 York unit for his small 3 bedroom house almost 2 years ago. Then, to add insult to injury,***** convinced him to spend additional money for a 10-year warranty/maintenance agreement. It needed repair last summer. As well as last week, which the technician didn't tie up the wires correctly and they became singed through causing a failure on Sunday, 7/23/23. They charged him $85 for a ************** call to repair unit, (regardless of maintenance agreement) after bumping his appointment as he was told since he has a service agreement he is de-prioritized to cash paying customers. They came out later that evening, "fixed it" and it broke again on Monday. He spoke to *****, the owner or manager who waived the weekend $85 fee, said his best tech was servicing his unit, which it failed the second time on Monday. He came out right away, fixed it kind of. Tuesday, the thermostat is set at 79 and temp in house is 85. My dad called ***** twice, left messages, no call back. They told him someone would be there between 8a - noon. No one showed My dad called them, the receptionist said, no we meant 8pm - midnight. In my opinion, George Brazil preyed on my dad, and elderly man who thought this company was reputable but who just ripped him off with cheap products and poor customer service. I called them too at their main office, they said they would call me back, I'm waiting....

      They never gave me a check for old ac and then I called them and said would give me a refund on duct cleaning and never heard a word again . Ac was 19,000$ . We are not happy. The guy that came to our house also said they would do my dryer vent ant tech said they dont do that . Bs for what we paid . Worst company ever!

      ****** has been our only tech. He came for annual maintenance check recently and told me to clean my unit would be $1400 but he recommended I buy a new unit for $16000. He recommended the new unit because my manufacturer date has been cut off the unit ( he had a pic) and he had no idea how old the unit is. He said my unit was likely stolen. I was shocked as hes been our only tech and has never once brought this to our attention. Thank GOD I got a second opinion. They said our AC unit is running great, doesnt need a cleaning nor does it need to be replaced. Im truly disappointed. ****** was clever though.. appealing to me with heartfelt stories about a customer that died, so on and so forth. Then proceeds to try and ***** the s*** out of me. I learned a valuable ******* I will never use your company nor will I refer your company to any of my friends, and the ones I have already referred, will know of this experience. I have prefer to remain anonymous as I dont want any retaliatory action taken against me or my home.

      I have a "VIP maintenance policy" with this company. The paperwork states ****************** and "Two maintenance/safety inspections per year". I called in May to scheduled service. They scheduled me in September, then cancelled the appointment the day it was scheduled. They rescheduled for October and again cancelled the appointment and offered one in December.

      Paid by check for repairs on my AC unit. George Brazil's bank (***** Fargo) cashed the check for the wrong amount (about $15.00 less than the amount that the check was written for). But instead of writing the amount off, George Brazil called and sent me a letter to demand that I pay the difference when I didn't make the mistake. And since they don't take payment online, I had to write another check, use a stamp that I have to pay for, and drive the letter to my post office to drop off the check. A waste of my time and money for something that they could have easily taken care of.
