I had my second AC unit installed yesterday by Howard Air. The first was installed two years ago, so a repeat customer says it all. The install team was top notch. Looking forward to 10 years of great customer support/service.

We have been customers of Howard Air services for many years. They were recommended to us by our former A/C provider that had been servicing our heat pump for many years but were closing the business. The Howard Air employees were very thoughtful in the installation of the new A/C and new duct work, which wasn't easy since they had to work under the ***** and enter the area through a rather small opening in our ceiling. They used drop cloths to protect our light carpeting and hanging clothes under the ceiling opening. It took hours to complete and though it was November, it was unusually hot under the *****. Yet, they remained courteous and professional. We appreciated their explanations of the equipment and the choices we were considering. The lead technician said Howard Air will come back and explain any operational issues we encounter, including our lack of technical understanding. That's very important to us. We have recommended Howard Air to others.Howard Air Response

****** was professional and knowledgeable and provided before and after pictures of the service and parts he fixed. The only drawback was that we called on Wednesday and they couldnt come until Saturday. I do recommend Howard Air.We would use them again.Howard Air Response
