      I'm thrilled to post my personal review about TCS. Yes; this is a collections agency so right off the bat; its understandable that many people may have unfavorable views on such companies. I must say that TCS should be counted amongst the elite as I have had an account held with them for 8 years and have never experienced anything negative from the staff handling things. I have worked in legal settings in the past where collections were a functioning role and as such; I have somewhat of an inside perspective of how imperative these operations must practice compassion and transparency to maintain consistent high performance and professionalism. In my time with this agency; TCS has done exactly that and I would recommend their services to anyone that needs assistance in collections matters. A special thanks to BBB for giving consumers a platform to share our experiences in business; and a shout-out to the friendly staff at Thunderbird Collections; you all have gone above and beyond and I pray it does not go overlooked.

      ******** calls from them. They are super rude. They think I am another person by the same name and won't stop harrasing me even though I am the wrong person. Just because my phone number is easier to find they assume I am the same person. They don't realize there are many people with the same name and live in the same state or city and won't listen to you if you tell them otherwise. They just laugh and hang up. Would like to give them 0 stars, but that is not an option.

      I was called by TCS many times. When asking for documentation that this is legit my debt they could not provide it. I even disputed the collections through the credit bureau and won. The debt was taken off my report. Since then I still have this company calling me multiple times a week which is ludicrous. Be careful with them

      I was called about 2 weeks ago and was asked about paying a collection. I asked if they could send the billing statement to my address. I was asked to verify the address and when I did the rep said, "Yeah, I have sent it there 3x and I'm not sending it again!". I told her I had no record of receiving it and I didn't feel comfortable discussing this over the phone. The phone representative aggressively told me that she wouldn't send it via mail (which is my right to ask for) and I disconnected the call.I just received a call from them which prompted me to come and check out the reviews.Thunderbird Collection Specialists Inc: I have seen your responses to other's here. To spare you keystrokes, I will not be calling your office. I am happy to review any documentation in writing.

      HELLO,Thank you for your information. TCS has mailed 5 letters to your Piedmont address in ****** **. 4/4/2022 5/4/2022 06/28/2022 9/28/2022 and 10/27/2022. we have no other way to provide you with any documents to review, the account will remain in collections.

      Thunderbird: Although I appreciate you following up, I think you miss the purpose of my review. I did not request to be removed from collection, as I have not reviewed any documents from you at this time.The point is that your employee's techniques need to be refined. Whether someone owes a debt or not is not a reason to be treated disrespectfully. While I am not surprised at your reply I am disappointed that you seem to be missing the commonality in most of the reviews here.It costs nothing to treat people professionally.

      The worst person G.O.D create it ********************* Ive spoke with ********************* needs A ****** on how to be a MAN how to talk to women how to talk to any human being And an hourly employee must not be making much money minimum wage or a little under $20 Im sure!! he has And ugly spirit , ugly attitude make people argue with HIM on the phone I was having a lovely day I spoke with him ****** off the whole rest of my day big shout out to (******************) From *********************** It is some good people Thank you *******!!????

      HORRIBLE, rude, UNPROFESSIONAL People. I am posting a recorded message that I had with ***** McCafe. Who told me "either pay this or get off my line!" I advised I was looking for information, I need to know who I am giving my personal information, debit card, address ect to. When I asked ***** any questions his response to me was " either your going to pay this or get off my line". He also said " you don't pay your bills, thats not my problem". I told him, I would be more then happy to pay any accounts I owe but I don't know who you are! He said again to me "obviously you don't pay your debit, pay it or get off my line". I am an operations manager for a small business. I have outstanding invoices from customer's that we have serviced and NEVER ever would I talk to a customer like that or any person. You are a business and you are there to collect a debt. You are not there to badger, be rude. Learn how to have customer service, I PROMISE You will get alot further with that!

      I received a call from a ****, I had NEVER heard of this company. He immediately started asking me medical questions. I told him I am not going to answer questions from a person I dont know, he didnt even try and verify anything which is a red flag. I have had identity theft for years, people have had apartments, car insurance and other stuff in my name. So I am naturally protective of my information. I never raised my voice or said anything to this despicable human. He immediately yelled called me a child and was the RUDEST person I have ever talked to in my life, I feel that he tried to intimidate and put fear in me. Im literally scared that he has my information and what he would do with it. My heart is racing so fast I'm literally freaking out. I hung up on him because he was suspicious, so I called the number back to see if it was a real company and some man name ***** answered and was just as rude, I asked for a supervisor and he transferred me back to **** who was still rude. The supervisor ******* got on the phone and initially was also rude, eventually he calmed down. But I am filling a police report because **** sounded psychotic and Im terrified that he has my personal information he may even have my address who knows. But I want this documented. I am also contacting the ************************ because if this is a real company they are clearly violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. And based on the reviews, this company needs to be shut down, or someone needs to start a class action lawsuit for their collection practices.
