I signed up for merchant services with a company called NMI Solutions and after being passed around so many times that I have no idea who my rep is I finally got set up. Now I want to cancel and when I call the number on their website it rings another company called ****** Payment Solutions, and then my statements come from EC Suites in *******. So the following complaint is against the people on the phone that I believe are with ****** Payment Solutions, though I am frustrated at how confusing and convoluted this whole process is.I have been trying to cancel my merchant account and have called at least 4 times on different days at different times and every single time I call as soon as I say I am calling to cancel my account I am told they need to get a hold of someone who can help me with that and then invariably they come back and say that no one is available. They say they will call me back but they never do. I feel they are intentionally ignoring me and refusing to cancel my account so they can get wring more fees out of me. I find it very hard to believe that every time I call there is no one available in the whole organization who can cancel my account.
