Hired K9Katelynn to do dog training with us. The initial visit we went over what our issues were and hired them for separation anxiety, kennel training, and 3 commands. The following visit we went over what he wanted me to buy. This visit was a waste of a visit I paid $250 for, all the products could have been emailed or handed over on paper when we initially agreed to hire him, the next visit was treadmill training where he choke dragged my dog onto a moving treadmill, after specifically asking me to train for 2 weeks on getting my dog happy with going onto the treadmill without it being on. What was the point of doing that if he was planning on choke dragging my dog onto the treadmill while it was on anyways? Now my dog is afraid of the treadmill exercise. the following visit he went over how to walk my dog which was something he stated in the visit we didn't as help with but he wanted to go over it anyways, the following visit was a command training visit, and I am not using the last 2 visits I pre-paid for. I requested a refund for $1000 from k9katelynn, $500 for the 2 visits not used and $500 for the wasted 2 visits. he stated I needed to request from thumbtack which I did and thumbtack stated I need to request from him again, now he is refusing to refund me because I prefer to correspond through writing and not by phone.
