This is the second time I have used federated mortgage and *********************. I cannot state enough how having **** made our dreams come true. He was always ready to chat about questions, concerns and made us feel at ease. We bought a home and sold a home in less than 45 days and again without **** would not be possible. He and my realtor built a relationship which made the process more streamlined. We always knew what was needed and next steps. I was put in contact with Federated Mortgage Corp by a family member who is a realtor in the ********** market. After hearing of my frustrations with a couple of mortgage brokers - notably, their lack of service - my cousin recommended Federated to me just as he had to countless clients of his own. Living in ****, he assured me that their staff surely had someone with a broker's license in my state and that I'd be much better off doing business with them. I am a first-time homebuyer and had initially reached out to a few different banks to shop around for mortgage rates; but I can say, without a doubt, that the customer service I received at ********************** was unparalleled - and in the end, their rates ended up being better too! Their response time was always impeccable and they were always willing to run cost sheets and check-in to see how offers had gone. Re-applying for my prequalification letters felt effortless in comparison with other banks and they never let anything slip through the cracks. It was really nice to feel ******************* throughout my many, many months of house hunting. Strongly recommended for anyone who doesn't want to spend time plugging a million answers into formstack templates, or who simply wants to feel confident that a knowledgeable, committed person is there to support and guide you through this process.
