I recently went into Auto Direct and was over charged for a 2020 ********** Jetta by almost seven thousand dollars. Had it not been for the fact that I had the paperwork read over by another dealership, as well as had the book value reviewed I would have never known about the FRADULENT deal. It wouldn't have been a bad experience had they told the truth when they sold me the car, I would not recommend them to anyone that is looking for a car.

We are a full disclosure dealership and we price our vehicles very aggressively in the market place as majority of our customers start the purchase process online. We actually pay for a software that assist us in pricing vehicles aggressive in the market place. Our bank finance companies will not over advance the book value of the vehicle. So you were NOT charged $7,000 over the vehicles market value. It sounds like the dealership that sold or that is trying to sell you another vehicle is giving you bad information and it sounds like that dealership is the one trying to commit fraud knowing that you purchased a bank financed vehicle that is a completed transaction advising you to let the vehicle you purchased from Auto Direct repossess and buy their vehicle. Simply put this other dealership is the one taking advantage of this customer. Since this information has been brought to our attention we have also informed your current lender.
