We are not surprised by this review unfortunately. We tried MULTIPLE times to schedule the inspection, during covid and after- however they were always "too busy" or didn't want us in their home for "safety reasons" and they didn't want the city to do a remote inspection (all their decision as to why it hadn't been completed)- so they shouldn't start with that argument again.
We installed 2 systems in their home and we were blamed for things that occurred long before we ever stepped foot in their home (with pictures to prove it). After multiple attempts to please this customer we made the choice that it was best to go separate directions. Just as this customer has the right not to use our services, we have the right to refuse service to them. After the extreme rudeness of their daughter, often times yelling on the phone at our customer service reps, we chose to add them to our do not service list. Our team members do not deserve to be treated like that and we will not put them in that position no matter who the customer is. Being blamed for existing problems such as drain lines clogged (buried by the landscaping outdoors), existing bacteria growth (pictures to prove it before we ever completed any work for them), also led us to this decision. There is no warranty on the system (Delta labor warranty expired) so they are free to call any company in the triangle to do their service. We do not owe this customer any visits, nor services.
