Cant grow your business with what they have to offer. Impossible to get credit line increases. They give you every excuse in the book for more giving increases. I have a $28k personal cc with ********* and have been approved every time no problems, but this company only gives $5k for the business. Ive requested an increase 4 times now. First time declined. Cards too new. Waited a little while then I got not enough activity. Maxed it out twice in month and paid it off. Tried again, and not enough payment history. Finally l, let it build up for a few months and made payments. Last try, but my financially obligation is too high now. Funny thing is my ********* credit card just approved me for yet another increase no problems. I run a construction company and easily can easily go through $20-30k a month depending on the job and make well over 6 figures in revenue a year. Never missed or had a late payment with any of my bills as well. How am I suppose to make a $5k credit card with this company work? I will be paying this card off, closing the account and finding a different company that will actually work with me on growing my business unfortunately. Thanks for nothing Capitol One, but a bunch of excuses as to why you cant increase someone credit line.
