            I recently bought a ingen cold air intake for my vehicle, and was told it was to be shipped ground and I should be receiving an email with information. It has been now been 2 weeks with no update and the package has yet to be received. I have tried to contact customer care via phone but upon encountering an automated care response I was requested to have a “referral code” to be directed to an associate. I then sent an email and yet still have had no type of response. The money was in fact drawn from my account and I am slightly disappointed in this experience.

            The communication was on par. Constant updates about my order and fast responses about any and all inquires from their team. All products received were genuine and accurate. I am confident these parts got to me in the manor expected of the manufacturer to the consumer. This won’t be my last order.
