              I have repeatedly requested updates and/or instructions from both A****** ******* and M*** ****** without receiving responses. The most recent request we sent was requesting instructions regarding a letter I received from the IRS several weeks ago that I still have not received a response to. My wife and I were told to file separately without being given a reason for 2019 despite us requesting a reason multiple times. This resulted in us being ineligible for a $1,000 education credit we would have otherwise been eligible for. I was told by M*** ****** that I would receive the $1,200 stimulus check sent out by the IRS in 2020 despite my 2019 taxes not yet being filed (a requirement for the stimulus).
