ON Facebook Marketplace there is a system used for payments from sellers called Metapay. I have ordered 3 items totaling the amount mentioned that 2 of them, I never received, and one got delivered to someone's house that I don't recognize by the photo. Not in my neighborhood. Facebook tells you to contact Metapay but it seems more like lip service with no real resolve. I can't contact the seller because I no longer see their merchandise or their name listed. I am contacting Fedex about the misdelivered package but the other two I will file a dispute with my bank for items never received. I would not advise anyone to order from FB marketplace "For You" suggested items to buy. These sellers are not held responsible and pocket the money. FB should be held responsible for this.
