I paid for express shipping I have not received my order it has been almost 2 weeks. I have reached out to the company they have refused to give me refund . The company stated they cannot make my order priority yet charged me for express shipping which is 2 days max . Still have not received tracking number or confirmation of order shipped or processed. Keep sending emails still no word from the company . Have to go thru my bank in order to get refund .
