Description
Emergency garage door repair, advertised as South Venice Garage Door Repair. But invoice was Lakeview Garage Repair. Bogus service technician phone number was from Bainbridge Island, WA. Demanded $200 before fixing it. Plus didn’t speak good English. Demanded I also add a maintenance service with it as well. Thought that was included in the $200. When he simply put pin back in chain pull, sprayed some WD-40, tightened up bolts which weren’t loose. Took 20 minutes. Then demanded $400 cash or credit card, no checks. Argued with tech, only paid $200 cash. Which was a total rip off, for what was actually done.
