The website presented itself as an official USPS address change site www.movemyaddressnow.com . The mobile site disclaimer did not mention the $179.95 charge in the disclaimer (i just went back and did a search in the disclaimer), however their desktop site does show it in small dark grey print in the black area at the bottom of the site. We used my phone to submit the change request, so we did not have this information. After submitting the address change information which should cost $1.10, we were charged $179.95 for each person's address change. We lost $359.90 for the two of us. We called the number that our bank gave us that was associated with the charge, and they said they would send a refund. There was no refund, and we had to cancel our debit cards in order to mitigate any further unauthorized withdrawals. The number was 866-377-8008, and we received a follow-up text from 515-501-5495.
