Found https://pass-travel-usa.com/us-passport/ as a result of doing a Google search for "Passport renewal". They are a fraudulent website impersonating the United States Government and duping people out of their money under the pretense of applying for a passport renewal. They appear to be a government website for passport renewal at fist glance. They take much the same personal information as is needed for an actual passport application and then charge a $62.50 processing fee.
