I saw a Facebook ad from Callawaygolfs (emails have come from support@htcs-preserve.com - according to their website...Nova Limited Flat 1512 15 / F Lucky Centre No. 165-171 Wan Chai Rd. Wan Chai Hong Kong) offering 48 golf balls for $40 - a little cheaper than I could find on Amazon, so I ordered 4 boxes... I assumed they were coming from China, but about a month later I checked the order status in the email they sent. It said it was delivered - it wasn't. There was a tracking number - I asked my local Post Office and they said it was not a real number and was not in the system. I've been communicating with them and keep getting strange responses - this is the latest: Dear customer, Sorry to keep you waiting. The logistics company says the package has been delivered to your address. We shipped the wrong item. There should be 3D polarized sunglasses in your package, please find this package. We have lost a lot of money and we need you to find this package and we will send you the correct package. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us again. Best regards, Customer Service Center." I did report this to Facebook as well.
