My boyfriend and I went looking for Taylor Swift merchandise and came across the website www.taylorswiftmerch.com. It looks almost identical to official website with the same background design and similar items listed and since I have been on her official site before I didn't notice the difference. The website even says it's secure when you're on it. We ordered a lavender haze sweatshirt and it gave the option for cotton or velvet which confused me at first but didn't seem that weird at the time. After the order the confirmation email I received didn't even list the method of payment we used. It said we paid with "umipay". It said to reply to the email with any questions and when I did so I never got a response. On the website under the "contact us" section the email they list also does not work. It has been 4 days and I have yet to receive an email with a tracking number. We are out 71 dollars and that was supposed to be my Christmas gift. Also we are worried about them having his credit card information. Be very careful the website looks almost identical to Taylor Swifts official website.
