Description

Ordered NFL jersey x2 for Christmas. Received an email receipt that was just a picture. I waited a week and no shipping information was sent so I requested a refund via my credit card after trying to email the address on the pictured receipt and calling the number (no one answered only a machine after lots of ringing with no message). I finally got a response via email with the tracking information because they had received the refund request by my credit card company. I explained why I requested the refund. The response was I could either keep the item when I receive it or send it back. When I received the items. One of the jerseys were to be a large size and it was at least a 3 XL maybe 4XL. They were not like the other jerseys I had bought over the years from Fanatics. Not bad quality just different like the players name and number were on a patch like material. I reached out for the return address- I received an address in China. I responded I wasn't sending them to China I didn't get them from China- the address on the package is Jane 371 Little Falls Rd STE 4 Cedar Grove NJ 07009. Interestingly the tracking information started with a shipping label being created in Jamaica NY 11430. The email I have been communicating with no longer works. I did receive a refund with my credit card and I have attempted to return the items to the address on the package.
