A pop-up ad appeared while I was on Pinterest. It showed adorable cat-themed chairs for kids, approximately 3ft in height. They were variously priced, and I chose one that was $54 and change. When the chair didn't arrive after 6 weeks, I sent a letter of inquiry. Many apologies for your wait yadayada, But, the item has been delivered yadayada, check your mailbox (for a chair!) I wrote back and said impossible, basically. He (Alex) writes back, oh you're right, so sorry yadayada, we see now that it was lost in transit! But, we want to make it right by sending you a full refund. Or, we can send you a replacement chair by a faster carrier...up to you. I stupidly said I wanted the chair. This is information I copied from my last attempt to contact them. [email protected] ? ? Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: [email protected] ([email protected]) Your message couldn't be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist. Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their domain isn't properly registered at their domain registrar. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.
