Description
Ad on Facebook for "Lane Bryant Closeout Sale". I clicked on it and found beautiful office clothes at discount/closeout pricing. I ordered 6-8 business tops in varying colors and placed my order on 12/18/23 and expected shipment by January 31. I never received a confirming email. I never received a receipt. I tried contacting this PREETISHOP USL that charged my credit card in the amount of $48 with no response. The link I used "disappeared" and I could no longer contact the company. No Receipt. No contact information. NOTHING. Disputed the charge with my bank as fraud and had to cancel my credit card and get a new one, but since I couldn't provide them with the exact descriptions of what I ordered, a receipt or confirming email, the bank concluded that I need to reach out to the vendor "PREETISHOP" to dispute charges. How do I do that when they are nowhere to be found? So I am out $48. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FACEBOOK!
