On March 12, 2024, I place a order with BourbonBarrelBlend.com totaling $203. The method of payment they require is to send it through PayPal to William Liu. I sent the payment via PayPal and a screen shot of the transaction as they requested. The last contact I had with Bourbon Barrel Blend was from William Kurt to inform me that payment was received and that they would notify me as soon as my order was dispatched. On Monday, March 18, 2024, I sent a email to customer service ([email protected]) and inquired about when I could expect my order to ship. When I didn't get a reply, I called their customer service number (424-309-1788) on multiple days. I would get a "We could not complete your call, please try again" message each day I called. Also, on Monday, March 18, 2024, I sent messages via their chat function on their website regarding the status of my order. I would receive a auto reply indicating to leave them my email address and they would contact me. On Friday, March 22, 2024, I sent them a email and a message on chat indicating that I have not received any responses to my correspondences and I wanted a refund by 5pm EST on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. According to their website they have 24/7 Dedicated Support. I have seen no indication of this. I am not expecting my $203 to be refunded at this point. I'm sending this to alert you of this situation and to keep it on file in the event BourbonBarrelBlend.com does this to someone else. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
