Description
Used hotelsinamerica to book a hotel, when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel did not have my reservation. I called hotelsinamerican but only got the run around as to why they could "find" my reservation. After going round and round with them for 2 hours, I told them to refund my money, but they won't. I never did receive my hotel from hotelsinamerican, though they charged my credit card.
