Description

I called spectrum asking about any deals/offers for senior citizens. Did not receive any resolutions at that time. But then I got a text, and then email from "Spectrum" about an offer/promotion with target. Said that if I paid upfront for 10 months I would get 3 years of service for a locked in price for seniors. Was then told to go to various stores but not giant eagle because target and giant eagle are in dispute, but that I needed to buy gift cards for target and call in the details. After doing that, they tried to claim that the cards didn't work and I needed to go get another 450, but by then I had concerns about the legitimacy. So I went to giant eagle to ask about this dispute, they told me it was all a scam and there's no dispute between the businesses and spectrum wouldn't accept any kind of gift cards.
