Description

A Facebook post stating they had Taylor Swift tickets that they needed to sell. My daughter knew this person, Erica Brand, from nursing school. The post had a time stamp of July 11 2024 and only 25 minutes when my daughter responded to post. My daughter messaged her about our interest in the tickets and was given a response with a phone number. We were told this person “Erica” only took Apple Cash, PayPal. We proceeded with transaction - buying 4 tickets for Indianapolis Lucas Oil Stadium on November 2, 2024. The FB post even included a screen shot of seating chart in stadium with circled section of seats. My daughter did some checking on fb to try and be sure the account was real and people were commenting on her post as well as having previous posts suggesting she was active. We became a bit suspicious and wanted proof of tickets before sending the money and were sent screen shots of all 4 tickets. At that point we proceeded with the purchase via Apple Cash. There were never any tickets.
