I saw a vacuum for a pool that had a really good price, and I had been looking for one. I believed per the picture that the vacuum was listed on Wayfair. I have done business with them in the past and they are reputable, so I proceeded to purchase the pool vacuum. I immediately received an E-mail thanking me for my purchase. It had my order number and said that another E-mail would come with a tracking number once the parcel was shipped. About a week later I received the tracking number, and could see it was coming from China. It was an extremely long process, but I figured the parcel was on a container coming then from Hong Kong. Once the parcel got to the United states it said that it had been delivered. No, I did not have my parcel so I chatted online with a service rep. from Wayfair, only to be told that the order number I had was not theirs. It was at this time that I also noticed that the Icon for the business was not the same on the E-mail I had received. I then realized I had been dupped. I sent E-mails to both correspondence E-mails I had with no reply to one, and the other was returned saying it was not a valid E-mail. I have not received any communication from either. It is nearly impossible to know that it is a scam. I also would dare to say that it is a trademark infringement.
