Description

I continue to receive false letters from Fidelity Investments begging me to call or go online to strictly update my contact information. such as address and phone number. the letter falsely begins by stating that i have an "outstanding check" in the "401K plan" from MAXIMUS INC. When i log into the website, i mistakenly created an account on that website in 2022, that i can no longer delete. the support chat system is a bot with giving you the run around answers. and there are about 3 or 4 phone numbers, also they are defiantly foreign.
