I went to Cheapflight.com to find an inexpensive flight and that website suggested 4 websites I could compare pricing across. I was familiar with Priceline and Expedia, which were listed among the options and chose two others, tarifsodeal being one of them. I found a flight and I didn't realize that the flight I selected was on the tarifsodeal option. There was nothing listed before payment indicating it was non refundable, had restrictions, or that it was a promotional ticket that was not guaranteed until 6 hours before the flight was supposed to leave. When you book, they say flight confirmation may take up to a few hours in some instances to come. I never got flight confirmation-instead got an email/multiple phone calls about 3 hours after I booked saying they need to verify details about my flight. The phone numbers they called from were 239-205-9162, 239-205-9166, 479-390-4458 (different number every time). I felt this was off immediately after I booked and canceled my Credit card with my bank when I noticed that no funds had been taken out and no confirmation had been sent to me. I finally stopped dodging and talked to person today (Clearly reading from some script b/c she kept putting me on hold to respond to what I was saying). She told me my SOUTHWEST AIRLINES flight was a promo and 1) I can take no carry on or checked bags, nor can I buy at the airport an option to have carry on/checked bags. I played along b/c I knew she was calling me about a flight I never paid for (I had canceled the card used to pay for the ticket 3 days prior). I told her that was fine, I didn't need any luggage. She kept asking me if I was sure I wouldn't need to fly with any luggage. I told her I wouldn't. 2) she then said my "promotional" ticket was not guaranteed because it was a promotional price (nothing on my flight/payment confirmation indicated this was a promotional deal and that I was not guaranteed a seat on that flight I booked). I asked when I would get my ticket info/confirmation, and she said I woudn't get ticket or confirmation until 6 hours before departure. And that if I was at airport, that if there were no seats left on the flight I would be bumped to another flight. When I asked her about not getting ticket /confirmation until 6 hours before, she said I could get a CONFIRMED ticket/flight with United Airlines for an additional $200. I told her that I didn't want to do that; she then said she could find me another flight for less money. I said I wasn't paying anything extra above what I paid. That ended our call
