Description
Freeshipping.com alleges that I signed up for their monthly subscription service at $19 per month for "free" shipping, which I did not. They said I clicked on a coupon while shopping for appliances or home goods, but could not tell me the retailer. They had my email address incorrect yet somehow had my husband's PayPal account and charged $2 and then $19. Neither of these charges were authorized. When confronted, they refunded my money. During they busy holiday shopping season, I suspect they frequently get away with this. Why would anyone pay for "free" shipping. None of it made any sense.
