Description
Received letter urging me to call the phone number 877-499-4406 (for Spanish 877-515-1430) . It said mortgage was secured by Fannie Mae mortgage (wrong) and call immediately about home warranty expired. Also mentioned “failure to call and prevent a potential lapse of coverage could result in you being liable for all costs associated with any home repairs”. Name on signed letter Amber Lawrence, program director, but no company name. At the bottom in very small letter was written “ Home warranty administered by Warranty Global Group.
