Description
We placed an order on behalf of our business and after 5 days of the charge showing pending, we went and looked up consumer reviews that all spoke to similar instances where this company deducted the money for the item but never shipped the item to the customer. We have called our bank to cancel the charge/payment and would like to ensure other consumers do not have to go through this same experience.
