Description

Blue Wave Events, Ignite Promotions, Inc., and Kripalani Investments, Inc. are all owned by the same individual (Ankit Kripalani) and operate from the same building, which raises serious concerns about potential fraud, shell company activity, and financial misconduct. The structure of these businesses suggests they may be engaged in deceptive practices, including possible investment fraud, tax evasion, and labor law violations. A key red flag is that Blue Wave Events claims to offer a base salary of $400 per week, but the majority of earnings are commission-based. This model is often used to mislead potential employees by advertising stable pay while making it difficult to earn a sustainable income without excessive sales or recruitment. If workers are expected to reach unrealistic sales quotas or are pressured to recruit others, the company could be operating in a pyramid scheme-like manner. Additionally, if employees work full-time hours but are paid on commission, there could be a case of worker misclassification, potentially violating Missouri labor laws and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). There have been multiple reports from others on this matter on differing platforms. Kripalani Investments, Inc. failing to file a registration report and now being inactive suggests the company may have been operating without proper regulatory oversight. Investment firms are legally required to register with the SEC or state financial regulators, and failing to do so could indicate an attempt to avoid financial transparency or legal compliance. If this company solicited investor funds while unregistered, it could constitute securities fraud. Furthermore, operating multiple businesses under one ownership in the same location is a common tactic used by shell companies to move money, create fake invoices, and launder funds under the guise of legitimate operations. If Ignite Promotions was used to own Blue Wave Events, this could be a way to conceal financial transactions and obscure accountability. There is proof of Kripalani owning ignite promotions on Missouri SOS and it shows blue wave events being owned by ignite promotions. The combination of a failed investment firm, a questionable commission-based job structure, and multiple businesses operating from the same location strongly suggests potential financial misconduct. If these companies are engaging in money movement between entities, issuing fake invoices, or failing to comply with labor and financial laws, they could be involved in fraudulent activities. Investigating these businesses further through auditing or any other practice to prevent potential fraud is necessary.
