I retained Optima Tax Relief to assist with an offer and compromise of back taxes/resolution in ************************************************************************************ full and all services including resolutions showing completed, which is not at all the case as I have never even seen an offer. I have continually asked for meeting with a tax attorney and not a simple rep to get advice on how to respond and special circumstances I am facing with no proper response. I have been forced to retain a different Tax Resolution specialist at additional significant cost to come to a proper resolution despite paying Optima over $14,000 for that service in 2019, I feel 5 years is well beyond reasonable and I am concerned they are trying to hide their failure to deliver the service I paid for by showing it all resolved. I am certain they cannot provide any evidence. Additionally, I have asked for proof of their filings of tax returns they indicated in email had been done so that I can provide to the new Tax Attorney, It is completely unethical for an attorney to misrepresent the truth and put me in a worse situation then if I had tried to negotiate myself. They allowed my case to go into a Federal lien on all income and even my childrens accounts were emptied and they did not reply or attempt to resolve that action which my children had nothing to do with. Not to mention having to pay double the cost to try to reach a resolution
