            I CALLED TO FIND OUT ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT AND I BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ALOT OF YEARS AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY MADE A NEW THING WERE YOU GOT TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR A APPOINTMENT WITCH IS FINE BUT THEY FAILED TO LET ME KNOW THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AND DIDN'T TELL ME AND WOULDN'T RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND INCONVENIENCE ME AND IT WAS THERE FAULT AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME ANOTHER APT AND I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER VET AND THEY NEED TO SEE MY DOGS BEFORE THEY GIVE THEM SHOTS AND THEY STRESS ME OUT BECAUSE THATS MORE MONEY I HAVE TO SPEND I WOULD LIKE A APOLOGY AND THE ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED I want a apology and the issue to be resolved

            If you care for your pet, this is not the Vet to take them to. My pet has seizures and MUST take medication for it. This is the Vet hospital that prescribed it to him. Ive tried to get the Vet to prescribe more than a months at a time but they wont because they say it is "illegal". I check with other Vets and the pharmacy who said its normal to get a multi month supply. This week Ive called numerous times (6+) over 3 days to renew his prescription because I am almost out of their pills. Finally 3 days later they told me that they would call a weeks worth in because the Dr wants to do any exam before they will prescribe any more. I feel that they just want to do an exam, run some tests, etc. to get more money out of me. Other time Ive called their office and got VERY poor service or an attitude from whoever answered the phone. I will be switching Vets. DONT GO TO THESE people.
