            Ordered from purejit one container of sheilejit(sorry for the misspell) just before Dec. 20, 2023. It is now 17 days later and, despite attempts to email their customer support, my inquiries regarding my order keep getting bounced back to me stating undeliverable. Also, shop.coms tracking shows the item was delivered to hours ago however, that same report has been on there for several days and no item from them has been delivered to me at all. I spent over $35 for this one container and I either want the product or I want my money back NOW!

            Buyer beware.- I attempted to make a online purchased using a promo code and encountered difficulty. I had 2 call multiple times to resolve and it gave me concern.Also, on the checkout page there is a BBB Accredited logo button icon and the BBB Accredited button is not on the homepage rather only at checkout, however, this business is not BBB accredited, which gave me concern.Before I submitted my completed order I decided to research my concerns at BBB and I found they have a very poor rating and many unfavorable claims, which also gave me concern.As a result, I am now suspicious and did not place the order.

            Pureformulas- I am aware how long you have been in business and that is what is concerning. After 10 years you have scored a 1.2 star rating with BBB, who claims your business is NOT accredited , yet you claim and advertise it is. On your website homepage there is no BBB button icon. I only see the BBB button icon when I click "Proceed to checkout" from my cart. At the very bottom of that page is the BBB button icon and when I click it it opens up to your business profile page on BBB website where it is listed that your business is NOT BBB accredited. That is a conflict of interest. If your business is accredited then I need proof. Otherwise I choose to believe your accreditation status indicated by BBB.
