Dear Sir/BBB,
Firstly, we are indeed sorry to hear that the insured's neighborhood was hit by hail. Respectfully, our files differ in that we do show regular communication with the insured and contractor indicating our concern for this matter. Although we initially disagreed regarding the extent of damage, the insured requested mediation. We then proceeded through mediation, arriving at impasse. However, we provided additional consideration and via email to the insured and contractor on 6/18/2024, again on 6/20/2024, advising coverage. We also reached to the insured via phone yesterday at lunch time advising coverage/payment.
Pursuant to the above, we have a payment in our system which will be mailed within the next days.
We do respect, and in fact encourage, feedback regarding our service provision in an insureds' time of need, and we do believe we have provided that here.
