              BB Aluminum installed an impact door for our condo In Century Village ****. We paid the bill. Now they refuse to close out the permit that they filed with Palm Beach County. By refusing to do that, it prevents ** from selling our condo and puts ** in disfavor with our association. My housemate and I are in our 70s. I have tried reaching anyone at this company calling at least 10 times. The situation never gets resolved. This door was completed 5/2021. This company is taking advantage of two elderly women. Please help me.

              I am not reallysure how to rate this company as I have been aiting for an inspection on my window over 1 year. I have called at least 15 times and get the same old excuse of I am sorry and we are very busy and I am getting letter from the county that my permits are closed and I need to take care of this but I cannot because no one picks up the phone. I am abou to get a lawyer and then go to small claims court to get the lawyer fee refunded to me. sohow do you rate a business if you dod not know if your window pass insprection????
